First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) is the largest bank in the United Arab Emirates, providing a wide range of financial services to its diverse clientele. FAB is committed to ensuring accessibility and inclusion for people of determination and vulnerable groups within their banking services.

FAB sought expertise to create an e-learning module titled "Services for All" to raise awareness and provide training for addressing common questions regarding banking for and with consumers from vulnerable groups and people of determination.

Creating inclusive training that promotes culture change

I was tasked with creating a comprehensive and user-friendly e-learning module that effectively communicated essential information to FAB's staff while promoting a culture of inclusivity and accessibility.
